These terms cover your use of fchroofing.com and any roofing work you arrange with FCH Roofing Pros through it. Using the site means you accept them.
About this site
The pages here describe roofing services, materials and the areas we serve. They are general information, not an offer or a contract. Work is agreed only when we confirm a written scope with you directly.
Quotes and scheduling
Nothing on this site is a quote. A job is quoted only after the roof has been looked at and the material, the extent of the work and the access have been agreed. Scheduling depends on weather and crew availability and is confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us safe access to the property, for telling us about known hazards, and for any homeowner-association or landlord approval the work needs. Where a permit is required, we will tell you who pulls it before work starts.
Insurance claims
If the work is part of an insurance claim, the scope and the amount your insurer pays are decided between you and your insurer. We can supply an inspection report and estimate for your adjuster, but we do not act as your insurance adviser.
Weather and delays
Roofing work stops in rain, high wind, lightning or ice. If a day is lost to weather we reschedule with you; open sections are covered before the crew leaves the site.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural defects, hidden rot or wiring, or by third parties working on the roof after we leave, nor for landscaping or driveway wear that is the ordinary result of material delivery and debris removal from the spot you agreed.
